Tony Berkman
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, ITG Investment Research
Mr. Berkman joined ITG in October 2010 following ITG’s acquisition of Majestic Research Corp., a provider of independent data-driven research. Prior to co-founding Majestic Research, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Tower Capital and spent 13 years working with Martin Zweig as Director of Research for the Zweig-DiMenna companies.
Robert Boardman
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, EMEA
Responsible for ITG’s European business, Mr. Boardman previously served as head of European algorithmic trading at ITG from 2006 to 2010. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs in various positions, including Executive Director on the Electronic Transaction Services sales team and Head of Connectivity for the equities division.
Ian Domowitz
Managing Director and Head of Analytics & Financial Networks
Mr. Domowitz manages ITG’s networking and analytical and research products. Prior to joining ITG in 2001, he served as the Mary Jean and Frank P. Smeal Professor of Finance at Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Domowitz has also held positions with Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Columbia University, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
Bob Gasser
Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Gasser was previously CEO at NYFIX, Inc. until his appointment at ITG in 2006. Before joining NYFIX, Mr. Gasser was Head of U.S. Equity Trading at JP Morgan. Concurrently, he served on the Board of Directors of Archipelago Exchange as well as on the NASDAQ Quality of Markets Committee and the NYSE Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee.
Mats Goebels
Managing Director and General Counsel
In his capacity as General Counsel and Secretary, Mr. Goebels is responsible for overseeing all legal and regulatory matters. Before joining ITG in 1998, he held positions as a corporate attorney in the New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell and Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Peter Goldstein
Managing Director and Head of Human Resources
Mr. Goldstein joined ITG in 2007 from Deutsche Bank where he was Global Head of Human Resources for the Alternative Investments Division. Before joining Deutsche Bank, he spent nine years in human resources at JPMorgan, working in the US and in Europe.
David Meitz
Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer
Responsible for software development, technology and trading support services, and information security, Mr. Meitz joined ITG in 2002 from Reuters America, where he was an Executive Vice President responsible for consulting and client site services. Mr. Meitz previously held technology and customer service management positions at Citibank and Quotron Systems.
David Stevens
Managing Director and Head of US and Latin America Sales & Trading
Mr. Stevens joined ITG in 2001 and currently oversees sales and trading in the US, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region. Previously, he managed ITG’s European and Asia Pacific businesses. Prior to joining ITG, Mr. Stevens was a Managing Director at JP Morgan, heading up pan-European sales globally. Mr. Stevens also spent six years at Goldman Sachs during which time he was an Executive Director.
Nick Thadaney
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Canada
Head of ITG’s Canadian businesses since 2005, Mr. Thadaney joined ITG as director of sales in Canada in 2000. Prior to ITG, he was Vice President and Head of Business Development & International Equities at T.D. Securities. He has also held positions at C.T. Securities and First Canada Securities International.
Stephen Vigliotti
Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Vigliotti joined ITG in 2010 from NYFIX, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NYFIX, he was CFO, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Maxcor Financial Group. Mr. Vigliotti began his career in public accounting and was an Audit Partner in BDO Seidman’s financial services group.
