  • Brian G. Cartwright

    Brian Cartwright has been a director since January 2016. He is also a senior advisor to Patomak Global Partners LLC, a regulatory consulting firm, and serves on the board of HCP, Inc. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Cartwright was senior advisor at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP. From 2006 to 2009, he served as General Counsel of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

    Prior to the SEC, Mr. Cartwright served in various senior management positions at Latham & Watkins. From 1981 through 1982, Mr. Cartwright served as a law clerk to Associate Justice Sandra Day O’Connor on the U.S. Supreme Court. Before practicing law, Mr. Cartwright was a research physicist at the University of California.

  • Minder Cheng

    Minder Cheng has been chairman since January 2016 and a director since November 2010. From December 2009 until July 2010, Mr. Cheng served as Chief Investment Officer for Index Equity and Capital Markets at BlackRock. Mr. Cheng joined BlackRock via its 2009 merger with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), where he worked in a variety of capacities for the prior 10 years, most recently as CIO of BGI’s Equity and Capital Markets division.

    Prior to BGI, Mr. Cheng held research, strategy and proprietary trading roles in Tokyo, London and New York. Mr. Cheng currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors at MediaCrossing Inc., a Senior Advisor at Executive Networks and an Advisor at Armanta, Inc.

  • Timothy L. Jones

    Timothy Jones has been a director since March 2005. Since July 2010, Mr. Jones has been chief executive officer of the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation (NEST), a public body of the Department for Work and Pensions within the United Kingdom government.

    From 2007 to July 2010, Mr. Jones served as CEO of the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (PADA), a predecessor organization to NEST. Prior to PADA, Mr. Jones served as CEO of Simpay Limited and was co-founder and CEO of Purseus. Prior to Purseus, Mr. Jones spent 17 years at National Westminster Bank PLC, becoming a managing director in 1996 and chief executive of the retail banking division in 1999.

  • R. Jarrett Lilien

    R. Jarrett Lilien has been a director since April 2015. He served as interim CEO of ITG from August 2015 until January 2016. Mr. Lilien is the managing partner of Bendigo Partners, LLC, a venture capital investment firm which he founded in 2008. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Lilien served as the president and chief operating officer of E*TRADE Financial Corporation.

    Previously, Mr. Lilien was President and chief brokerage officer at E*TRADE Securities, Inc. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Mr. Lilien spent 10 years as chief executive officer at institutional brokerage TIR (Holdings) Limited, which E*TRADE acquired in 1999. Mr. Lilien currently serves on the board of directors of WisdomTree Investments, Inc. and Tradier, Inc.

  • T. Kelley Millet

    T. Kelley Millet has been a director since August 2014. He is also CEO, vice chairman and treasurer of Banca IMI Securities in New York and serves on the Board of the Mutual Fund Store. From September 2006 until July 2011, Mr. Millet served as president and board member at MarketAxess.

    Prior to MarketAxess, Mr. Millet held senior positions in capital markets and credit trading at Bear Stearns and at J.P. Morgan & Company, where he started his career in 1982.
