Lee M. Shavel

Lee Shavel has been a director since January 2016. From 2011 until January 2016, Mr. Shavel served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Nasdaq. Prior to Nasdaq, Mr. Shavel spent 18 years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was Americas Head of Financial Institutions Investment Banking and prior to that Global Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance, Securities and Technology in the Financial Institutions Group.
Francis J. Troise
Chief Executive Officer and President
Frank Troise joined ITG in January 2016 from J.P. Morgan, where he was head of J.P. Morgan Execution Services, a global cross-asset execution group. Previously, he was global head of electronic trading at Barclays Capital and head of U.S. electronic trading at Lehman Brothers.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Troise spent eight years at ITG, including serving as managing director in charge of client site sales and trading. He also has held management consulting positions at Booz Allen and Accenture, and previously served on the boards of BIDS Holdings, Chi-X Global Holdings, and Neovest.
Troise earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering at Boston University, a master of science in operations research at Columbia University, and an MBA at MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
Steven S. Wood

Steven Wood has been a director since February 2010. Currently, Mr. Wood is the founder and sole director of Global Buy Side Trading Consultants Limited. From 2002 until March 2010, Mr. Wood was the global head of trading at Schroders Investment Management, the London-based asset management firm with over $222 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Schroders in 2002, Mr. Wood spent 28 years at J.P. Morgan in a variety of roles, including head of European and Asian trading in the asset management division. Mr. Wood was also the chairman of the Investment Managers Association Trading Committee and chairman of the NYSE / Euronext European Institutional Advisory Institutional Advisory Committee, Paris, until 2010.
